The price does not include tourist tax. Tourist tax is paid separately at the rate of 1% of the amount charged VAT.

Cancellation of the order:

- To cancel reservation you have to inform not later than a day from the date of your arrival.
- In the case if you don’t arrive till 18:00 the reservation is cancelled, excluding the case when the hotel is informed about late arrival.
- In the case if you don’t cancel reservation or don’t arrive in the hotel you have to pay penalty equal to the cast of room per one day. In the case if you give the guarantee by your credit card, penalty would be taken from your card.

 

Means of payment:

- The payment for staying and additional service could be made by credit card or cash.

- Cash payment in the cash desk of the hotel is made in national currency.

- Non –cash payment (by the check drawn in advance) is arranged in UAH, USD, RUR and EURO

- Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro) is accepted for payment
