Our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees. We are doing everything we can to ensure that your stay is safe. We have implemented a number of changes according to the latest hygiene and disinfection guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

Public Spaces

All handles, switches, handrails, elevator button are disinfected every 2 hours. Only professional products with high antimicrobial activity are used for cleaning. The hotel has antiseptic dispensers. Reminders about personal hygiene and sanitation measures are displayed in public areas as recommended by WHO. During check-in and check-out, social distance is monitored, and we try to minimize the accumulation of people in public areas. Registration for SPA treatments is organized in order that no more than one visitor can be served in one room. All surfaces are disinfected before each visitor.

In Room Safety

Rooms will not be re-rented within 24 hours after departure. In preparation for guest’s arrival, after cleaning, the room is sanitized with antimicrobial medical germicidal quartz lamps. All bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures and pressed. Room keys must be disinfected before issuing.

Dining in the Hotel

Interaction at Breakfast is minimized – the buffet is replaced with a continental Breakfast. Moreover, you can also have Breakfast delivered to your room. Breakfast is served in an open area with natural air circulation and increased social distance. The restaurant menu is not passed from hand to hand, but is placed in well displayed places. A disposable paper set is served on the table.

Employees’ Health

The hotel has introduced new standards of cleanliness and safety, including intensive cleaning of all public areas every 2 hours, disinfection of rooms with quartz lamps, the usage of professional cleaning products with high antimicrobial activity, safe food management and compliance with preventive measures by all employees.
