This place used to be called “Kanara”- port workers and all kinds of rogues used to live here. Due to its unique architecture and numerous bridges, Devolvanovskiy descent used to often become natural decoration to various movies. Nowadays, it’s a kingdom of old abandoned buildings and graffiti, that is slowly being replaced by elite new buildings. The government plans are to ennoble the area and pave a tourist route there, but so far those are only plans.
